How do I buy products?


Go to Shop page and follow the instructions: 1. Select the product. 2. Click on buy now or add to cart. 3. Fill address details. 4. Complete payments or choose COD. 5. You will receive a confirmation email from Printolic about your order.




What is the return period?


Returns can be accepted upto 7 days from the date of product delivery depending on the return policy.




How to place a return/replace/exchange/refund request?


Return: Refund: If you have any concern for refund you need to email us at support@printolic.in Replace: We do not have a replace feature. You need to return the order and after the amount is refunded back to you ( T&C apply) then place a new order. Exchange: We do not have a replace feature. You need to return the order and after the amount is refunded back to you ( T&C apply) then place a new order. Cancel: You can cancel the order after placing the order till it is delivered to you. There is no charges for cancellation of orders.
